1. The app
Upscalio is provided “as is”. Results depend on your phone's hardware and how it is used; do not rely on them where errors could cause harm or loss.
2. Free features and Remove ads
Every feature is free; what your phone can process (image size, 4× scale, video) depends only on its hardware. The app is supported by ads. “Remove ads” is an optional one-time purchase, at the price shown in the app for your country, that turns off all ads on the Google account used to buy it. It is not a subscription and unlocks no extra features. Refunds follow Google Play's policies; you can restore the purchase from Settings.
3. Your photos and videos
Use Upscalio only with photos and videos you own or have the right to use. The AI sharpens and enlarges what is already in your picture; it may invent fine detail, so do not rely on results as evidence or for identification.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
